There is a lot of talks about Epe, it’s developments as it is fast becoming “the new Lagos”
For me I still can’t rap my head around the developments that has happened there is such a short space of time.

I really do remember when I went to write my Jamb exams in Epe(??) one of the bad days of my life , firstly the road was bad the journey felt like forever, our vehicle got stuck into a pothole or something at a point, I felt I was gonna miss the exam.

Eventually we scaled through, got to Epe . It look like a god forsaken village literally, on the main junction there were people selling dried lizard and clay pots with all sort of herbs. In the school we wrote the exam at the light was off the UPS kept misbehaving, people were miserable.
I swore I wasn’t gonna return there.

But as Fate would have it, real estate took me back there. When I initially started working as a realtor I always avoided the Epe axis, I never posted or talked to people about the properties we had/have there, I really didn’t give it much thought. Then around late last year or early this year a client was adamant on Epe I had to go with them using the Estate’s company vehicle on inspection to the property at Epe (reluctantly).

I was lost at First. I kept asking the driver quietly where we were at, I didn’t seem like the Epe I had experienced way back infact the Epe I had in my head felt like a figment of my imagination.

There were Better roads (better than we have around here I dare say). Great ambience, Electricity, Street lights.
I was shook.
Sometimes I still can’t believe it when I go to that axis. But y’all better believe that Epe is and will turn out to be the New Lagos and there is no better time to invest in landed properties than now when prices are still on the low.

What is better we have The Enclave selling at just 1.5m today in a gated and well secured area in Epe.
